Matt has always been a traveler. Like anything else, it took years to figure out. But once he had a feel for the road, it was the unknown events that inspired him most.
Growing up in suburban New Jersey, Matt saw sports occupy most of his childhood. It wasn't until his early college career that he started bartending at Kix McNutley's in Sea Isle City, NJ during the summer months. While there, he was declared "The Hat" by the bar owner as he always donned a well-worn plaid fedora.
At age 22, he decided to pick up guitar. He quickly found music to be a strong passion, and he has begun to work on some compositions of his own.
Today, he rides a bicycle somewhere in the United States and continues to push forth the motto "live where you are."
